Our Interview Process

Introductory Call

With our People Operations Manager. You get to know a bit about us and we get to know a bit about you.

Interview 1

A 30-minute Teams call with our Hiring Managers to understand your background, skillsets and role-related knowledge

Interview 2

A 30-60 minute Teams call Hiring Managers/meeting at the Nunam office for a second assessment

Assignment

Take 2 days and submit your best work to us in this short technical assignment

Culture call

A 60 minute meeting with our Co-founders at the Nunam office to understand if you’d like to work with us and vice versa

Introductory Call

If we like your profile, our People Operations Manager will give you a quick call so that you can understand us, our work as well as your role better and we can understand you better and if you match our job role. 

Assessment

Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a short technical take-home assessment. Here we’ll be assessing your skillsets and role-related knowledge. 

Offer Letter and Reference Check

We'll share an offer letter with you, detailing the agreed-upon terms, compensation and benefits. We will also have a short chat with a reference provided by you.

Interview(s)

An interview with the relevant technical team in which we’ll dive a little deeper into your work and core competencies. Here, our interviewers are looking for people with strong technical fundamentals and a Growth mindset.
